Day 10 of Whole 30 and body has adjusted to the new food plan. Zero weight loss from yesterday but fully expected.
The rules are not to weigh every day but for Daily Accountability I do. I am going to stay off the scale now until Sunday evening at the end of this DA session. See what happens.
74.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It's fine if you only weigh at the start and end of the Daily Accountability challenges. For some people, weighing every day can be discouraging and counter-productive. Personally, I like to weigh every day, because it alerts me quickly when I am moving in the wrong direction.

I just noticed you managed to get under 170! Whooooohooo. I'm still stuck but just added some extra excersize to my routine so hoping to join you again in the low sixties soon! ❤️❤️❤️ Great work!

Thank you! You will! Try extra sleep to. Especially if you are exercising more. I always lose more if I sleep more. Don’t know why !
