No change in weight after 4 days of Whole30. Not sure why, possibly too low on calories so body holding on to every morsel. Lots of water and lots of sleep and no cheating so far. Interested in what comes tomorrow. Sure wanted that glass of Friday night wine yesterday ☹️
76.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
