4th day Whole30 and no cheating. It isn’t easy but if I put grain, dairy, sugar or alcohol in my mouth the rule is I have to start over at day 1 !!!
The idea is to remove these 4 categories and then add back one category per week once the 30 days are over.
Yesterday was headache and fatigue. Today my mood is way better. My ears are ringing loudly, apparently my brain is screaming for sugar! I turned up the TV!
