Dropped one more to hit 216.4 after a healthy eating day right at my RDI. Have a working lunch today but will eat a very light dinner to try to have a very low cal adjustment day.
98.2 kg Lost so far: 49.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yep, thankfully it was mostly water retention and getting back on the horse to quick has definitely helped.

Man you know how to drop weight quickly. When I wrestled we had to make weight. I wished I had your knowledge back then. You are the Man!

I wish I had this knowledge back then, too, Tim! The boss just selected a pizza place for lunch. Had the best available with a thin crust offering and iced tea, but of course, I ate the entire personal size thing. Will be having a few veggies for the rest of the day...
