Stalled on weight loss this evening after a nice weigh-in this morning. Was on track for calories until I had another big smoothie/sorbet made with frozen berries and fat free milk. I'll be reducing the size of that treat in the days to come. Also, did not get my weight lifting in today. Will do an adjustment day tomorrow. Sure hope the body fat reading is an outlier. If not, I gained three pounds of fat in one day. The body water level is a bit down, so it's likely that's affecting the number.
