Slept 9 hrs altogether last night & today. To bed 526am.To sleep 545am.Awake 1020am.(4.6hrs) Back to bed 141pm.Awake 605pm.(4.4hrs)
610pm BP 130/65 109

B 1030am: 3 water, not hungry
L 100pm: 2 water, not hungry
D 829pm: 2 turkey burgers w aged cheddar, coconut rice, asparagus, green string beans, salsa, pear, 3 water. Large supper to get protein, but felt nauseous 30 minutes after eating.
Sn 1100pm: 1/2 banana, dark chocolate, 2 water. Still feel nauseous.

Slight Fever 99.6 & chills last night & today, great fatigue, and sore joints in hands, feet & knees. I believe it is arthritis flare-up after a lot of walking and lifting items this week. I also had a lot of x-rays done on my hands, left foot & both knees, in preparation to see a Rheumatologist. I had to twist limbs into weird and painful positions so technician could get the images necessary. I got a call same day, within an hour of X-ray appointment, that my family Dr needs to see me in person, but not an emergency.
I feel like crap. Also psoriasis flareups on hands, toes, elbows, which is painful.
Hope I will be able to sleep tonight. I am heading back to bed now at 1220am.

Didn't you just get the vaccine booster? When I got the booster I got chills and a fever of 101. I was fine the day I had the shot and all night but got chills around noon the next day. Fever lasted 24 hours, but was less than 101 later in the day. Also had body aches. Right now the cold nights make it hard to sleep with pains in my legs and ankles. A heated blanket helps some. I know how you feel trying to get in protein in one big meal. I can't do it, so just keep on with the 5-7 protein items during the day. I had half a tuna sandwich the other day - I think it was about 22 grams of protein and pretty low calories using just one slice of bread and a tablespoon of light mayonaisse. It was half a can of the Kirkland brand of white albacore tuna. I had the 2nd sandwich the next day. Seems like we have the same struggle with protein I didn't make it to 40 grams yesterday because I didn't feel like anything for dinner.
