How do you know what time you fall asleep? Do you use a sleep app? You have such detailed information. I suffer from insomnia so I think it's interesting.

Fritzy 22, Sorry I missed this comment. I use a CPAP machine for sleep apnea which records my sleep hours. I play solitare on my phone, the same game for many years so very boring. As soon as I feel sleepy I make note of the time, I shut off phone, and turn off light. I fall asleep literally within a few seconds. If I am not sleepy I just lay awake until I am, so I usually stay up watching TV or reading, or on computer to the wee hours until I think I am tired enough to go to bed and sleep. I have averaged 3.5 to 6 hours per night since I was a kid. But as I age (now 69) I am now sleeping more than ever before, and requiring naps. This past year I averaged 6.4 hrs per night. I am monitoring it as Dr want me to try to have a normal sleep pattern and aim for 8 hours. I have not been successful, as yet.
