It's been a while....

I haven't been on this app in over a year. So today I am starting fresh for a while host of reasons and I just had a few getting started questions...

Does anybody work overnights? I do, I'm 6:30pm to 6:30am... how would you log your food the way this app works I log my breakfast in for today and my lunch is in tomorrow.🤣
I'm looking at my day as the time I wake up to the time I go to bed... is that the way anyone else does it or is there a better way?

Welcome back. I don't think the order you enter your meals matters in the long run.

Welcome back! I think you can try changing your timezone in the app to India or Australia, since these countries are 8-12 hours ahead of the US?

That was the way I did it when I worked the graveyard shift.

Welcome. Now is definitely the time to manage your weight. You are young, do something about it before the damage is irreversible. Keto works but is it sustainable for you? Think lifestyle change. Read up on Keto for Women. The process is different for men and women. Lots written on the subject. Just do a GOOGLE. I’m rooting for you.

The time zone idea sounds great, if the app lets you do that. Consistent logging is the immediate concern, and having to choose “Yesterday” or “Today” every meal of every day would be a nuisance. Although, ultimately they all add up.

Plan out all your meals for the day and log it in. You can always add/delete those items you didn't have. Easy.

Paid app gives you options of meal notifications so no reason you couldn’t log breakfast at 6pm if you want. Your day is still a 24 hr period. You might ask canboys member. ✌️

Same as anyone else. From when I wake to when I sleep. I also work midnights.

I add in all the food I think I'm eating. I usually end up editing by the end if the day.
