My weight is the same today. I didn't get any exercising in other than walking 7 miles agian. I am so sore from work today but I knew I had to go walking at least. Being my size working is hard on my back and lower body. I just hope that doing this walking I would start to see results.

I had a look at your food log. I would suggest cleaning your diet up some and weighting things out. You are probably over eating and not knowing it. Calories in vs calories out are the determining factor of weight loss. But your can't over look the nutritional value of certain foods. Replace your sugary cereal with a bowl of oats w cinnamon and vanilla extract or dump some light n fit yogurt in it for flavor. And there are a million other things you could have for lunch that are more nutritional the canned raviolis and sardines. Those type of things don't digest well and are loaded with sodium. If you actually are only eating 1300 calories and burning more calories then that then you will see results.

Consider the value of whole foods, not canned, prepared or packaged. Cook with real ingredients. Eat food the way it grows. Your body is genetically equipped to process food without the commercial additives (salt, sugar, chemicals). It's not just about low calories; you need to feed your body healthy nutrients. Your seven mile walks are amazing. I feel accomplished with 2 miles. I agree that the larger we are, the harder all the activity is on the body.

Since you are walking so much I might just suggest that you evaluate the shoes you are wearing and make sure they are in good shape with good insoles and are of a quality for walking and that can support your weight as your foot moves repeatedly through the motions. Walking longer distances puts unfamiliar stresses on your feet. You don’t want to end up with planter fasciitis or any of the other maladies that can befall your feet if you don’t care for them right. I know money is tight for you, but give it some thought.

Hey, Make sure the seven miles is something you can sustain. If you find it taking to much time, I would suggest shortening your walks and allowing your body to adjust, so your body is not so broken down. 5 miles takes me about 1 hour and twenty min at a manageable pace and I also look forward to the time doing it. Just put on a book and enjoy time to myself! Hope that helps.
