Glad to hear you had pleasant travels. Those short-term gains from vacations and special events are generally easily lost again. They are only a problem if they cause a person to give up, right?

Note to self: do not take bags of almonds along on trips! They're too hard to control.

Yeah, what is got about nuts? I never get full on them, no matter how dry or his fatty. That includes peanuts.

I tell myself that it's a meal replacement, but then I'm hungry for a meal anyway. Not a good strategy.

(Love how "spell" check changed so many correctly spelled words to words it thought fit the context better! Why it thought "how fatty" should be "his fatty" escapes me!)

You're smart to try to get rid of the extra weight you gained as soon as possible. Of course, I want you to be kind to yourself but I find that what I put on short-term comes off faster than the weight that has been on long-term. I'm so glad you were able to visit family, that is special.

hi All! New here 😃 Will you all share what the colored lines mean and how to set a calorie/protein/carb etc. goal? Also, I entered my intake for today and can't figure out where I got so much sugar in today. Do you all know if this app has a breakdown of where they came from? Thank you!! I am thankful to not be alone in here!! cheers to us!

@TerriAnn208, the line starts red, turns orange at 25% progress towards your goal from the start, yellow @ 45%, green @ 75%, and finally blue @ 95%.

@erika, A pound is not bad at all while visiting family, especially since you said they don't follow your diet. Last time I spent a long weekend with friends, I gained 5 lbs. It was gone in a week.

@Eral66 Do the line colors reset each day? I don't see mine, but I see other people's. I'm sure I'll come across it when perusing the app. Thank you ☺️

The line is adjusted when you update your weight. We cannot see yours because it's set as only visible to your followers.

Thanks for the support, friends. Welcome, TerriAnn. Your line will show as you post losses.
