Happy 😃 happy 😃 hump day…

Plan to ride later..

Drank mostly fluids yesterday…went outside once yesterday…had to sign doctors release for eye surgery on lower eye lid…in sept…but could feel the humidity zapping my energy level…till I got back in ac….came home…stayed in…

Another day of indoors…humidity is so bad right now….lady that cuts grass for us…always give her bottle of water while she’s resting afterwards….last night have her tube of electrolytes to put in her water bottles..as she cuts several local places…

Have a fantastic positive day…keep hydrated…
