Yesterday was my 67th birthday. Two thirds of a century! It was also the day of a major tropical storm which brought some heavy rain and strong winds.
My husband had bought tickets to a Judy Collins concert at Tanglewood. Their website said no weather cancellations, so we drove out there (an hour) only to be told that the concert was cancelled. Bummer! We went to the nearby arboretum, where we got in free, and used the facilities, viewed an art show and wandered in the rain around the gardens between downpours. We bought a few nice things in the gift shop, as a birthday washout consolation prize. The drive out was just a rainy day, but the drive back was in heavy weather.
No major damage at home, just some small branches down. Today we are expecting the backside circulation of the remnants of the storm bringing another bout of heavy rain. We had one dinner out on Friday, and I baked a Keto cheesecake at home, so I'm up a pound. Not too bad after a birthday.
Also, we harvested our peach tree before the storm, so I'm indulging in some beautiful home grown peaches.

Happy Birthday to you, very glad the storm weakened before landing and that you got the peaches just in time. 67 is the 19th prime number, the next one is 71. It is also what is called a lucky number.

ERAL66 - Thanks for the numerology. I'm happy to hear that 67 is a lucky number! And happy also to know that I'm Prime! I am healthier than I was in my 30's, 40's and 50's, because I've discovered a WOE that feels healthy. I was really laid low by gluten; it caused depression, chronic candida, carb addiction and weight gain. So happy to be on the mend from all that. Down 60 pounds. Though it's been a long and winding road, I'm so happy to be done with that. I carried a big patio pot of flowers back outside today, I could barely lift it. As I was hauling it, I thought, "This is about the weight that I've lost, and was carrying everywhere!". So, I feel grateful for the progress I've made and inspired to keep up the effort. I'm looking forward to growing lighter and stronger by my next birthday!

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes, @ACBellerose - We took a refund. They were rescheduling for a year from the date. That seemed like very delayed gratification.
