Slept maximum of 3.5 to 4 hrs last night. To bed 115am. Unable to fall asleep. By 430 I gave up and made a snack of 2 Ryecrisp, 1/2 small avocado & salsa. I watched a romantic comedy on Netflix and had another snack of 2 Ryecrisp, rest of small avocado & salsa. Back to bed 630 and slept till phone rang at 10am.
I made a decision, due to middle of the night snacks, to call it todays breakfast rather than yesterdays late night snack.
I am going out to a restaurant this evening to celebrate my Mom & Dad's 71st wedding anniversary. They insisted on Rickys. I looked at menu online and my safest choice is the 'Avocado Toast'. Far cry from fish & chips or their Amazing Ginger Bowl. But I am so close to hitting a huge milestone of getting out of the 300's, I think I can do this.
