Only a pound for the week but a pound or two per week is safe so I am happy. Daily workouts are now in full swing and I must admit I do feel better and the clothes fit better too:)I am only two days in to the 8/16 fasting so I am going to give this a try and I hope it pays off in the weeks to come. I am committed to doing better and improving my health. I have a doctor's appointment on March 7th so I am hoping to be at a thirty pound loss from the last visit when I go back.I can make 200 lbs if I stay steady.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
