Knocked a pound off with a treadmill workout. Still up from the Saturday weigh in. Was under calories until that damned ounce of pecans! Not too far over, though.

Hey Draglist 5.4kg to go! amazing...! I also find that nuts although a very good protein source somehow just put me off balance...and i just don't know how to stick to 1 oz unless i prepack! So keep up the good work!

Thanks! I use a kitchen scale and whenever I eat nuts of any sort, I'm sad and mad about how few I get for an ounce! it was only about 10 pecan halves! Oh well, I enjoyed them.
