Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Only 7 hours sleep last night ..recovery showing 23% recovery from yesterday…just could not get to sleep till an hour after my normal sleep time….hate nights like that…and really scary dreams to go along with crappy sleep…but the scales are smiling today….

Meditate later this morning…I did a 30 minute one yesterday afternoon…heart rate average was 68…was restless..couldn’t clear my mind…. Normally it’s 62…

Might start out meditating…and end with a nap…lol..sometimes that happens..I get to relaxed…but it just feels so good to have a clear mind…

Have a fantastic positive day…

good job I am beginning to fear that 4:00 a.m. is my new wake up time which I hate because it's dark and you can't do anything then tired in the afternoon

@ ridemariel..4 am is about is my usual wake up time..even in winter months..i like to get my workouts over with..rest of day is free then...i dont feel pressured cause i didnt make time to workout...

All my working career I had to work at quarter to 5:00 and retirement I would like to sleep later and at least wait till first light
