Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Yesterday’s whoop recovery was 23%..recovery with 89% on sleep….today’s was 57% with 100% sleep…so naturally I rode…sine my recovery was in yellow…hate missing a workout….

Maturity island..new course…graphics are in dirt graphics..making the ride harder…45 min..I was toast and burnt…1.76 miles…302 in elevation…43 min workout….kept looking at fans to make sure they was on….

Walmart today…meditation later…and another hot muggy day…
