Happy Saturday….

Got all refreshed for today..then did a hill workout in zwift….9.10 miles..407 elevation..67 min ride…definitely got the heart hitting its high today…like to keep it below 150… but some days that’s hard…

Today’s plan…inside as much as possible….humidity is terrible…open the door..like walking into a furnace…

Lady from assisted living called yesterday…I had been wanting to talk with her about once there are rooms for my sister and I..that I want to be put on a lose the weight program…she said that was possible..I eat fairly well now..just lack the desire to cook meals..gotten into the grab and go meals set up…looking forward to different meals…

In middle of room list..she couldn’t tell me any more then that…but only 12 on list last time we asked…so ..who really knows…I’m thinking we be moving when no one wants to get out in cold weather…hot and humid…to to dang cold to be moving…but who knows…

My side is down to last tote..of putting daily usables in it…guess I need to unpack..and repack..to have something to do…lol

Welp…almost breakfast time….had to take a gel this morning in workout…but ready for food now…
