try boiling as many vegetables in a pan and drink the broth, save the veg for stir fry. You won't be hungry.

Thanks, everyone! Ultimate goal is about 195, but really trying to get to about 11 percent body fat, whatever the weight ends up being. My calculations put me somewhere between 195-200 ultimately.

Congrats Draglist! What's your thoughts on the 18/6 you just wrapped up?

Thanks, Tim! I love it and I'm sticking with it. I have my first meal at noon every day (or a bit later, whatever the schedule allows). I eat my last meal at 7 or 8 and try to get it done before nine. I'm going to increase my calories and try to hit certain targets for daily protein, fat, carbs, and fiber, but I'm still going to do it within the eight hour feeding window.

I've heard that fasting has so many important health benefits. Good for you!

Thanks. I've been fasting with one or two 600 calorie days per week since mid 2013. I changed that to one 600 calorie day about a month or two ago. But now I'm not going to do that while I'm on IIFYM (so long as I stay within my macro targets). We'll see how we do.
