Staying busy is working for me, even if I ache like the dickens. 👍

Shrewd, I have fibromyalgia and I hurt most of the time, but especially when I have a flare up or over do it. I have to work on strengthening my body. 💪

I have fibromyalgia as well always in pain. if I do much is bad if I do too little is bad is hard to find the right balance. I 'm so upset haven't been able to excercise throughout my entire journey now I'm all flabby.

Shrewdness, that is the most kindest thing to say.💕 I'm not that active. There are days where I feel like the grandparents in Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory, they stay in bed all day throughout the movie. 😄

Tr3, it does take some extra strategy, but there is so much information out there to help in figuring out how to make it all work. When I first got it, some 30 years ago, there wasn't much known about it and some the information was wild! Diet and lifestyle does make a difference when you're able to make certain adjustments, but it's always a balancing act. Here's to good strong days ahead. ❤
