So last night I was silly and made a mini donut b-day pyramid. I gave in and dove in. Now.. no whoosh(flour will do that) & weight gain. Back in the saddle today. 😁
99.9 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
