How to tell if you're working too hard:

(1) you eat 3500 calories and still have a 1/2lb loss...

(2) lunch is 2x Double Quarter Pounders and an Oreo McFlurry...

(3) you have over a pound of ice cream for dessert at 1am...

...and you still weigh 1/2lb less than the day before! 😟

Took a random day off work and was building shelves in the garage and tidying up. It's "fun labor" to me, so not stressful at all.

Just gotta eat more, apparently...

How tall are you, Chris? And does your blood line include any of the following: hummingbird, rabbit, Tasmanian devil? (Note that to keep up with the rate of eating comparable to a hummingbird, a human would have to consume 155,000 cals/day.)

Still wish’s I had your metabolism lol. I was way under on calories but had 2 fudge covered Oreos before bed. Afraid to even look at the scale because I know it went up lol.
