🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for Apr 30 - May 6, Week 18:

✅Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 4/7 days YTD: 38.9% (66/126days) Moving more!

❎No Junk Food: 2/7 days YTD: 52.4% (66/126days) Pizza, endless chips with salsa, so many calories.

Started May with a pizza and then it snowballed. Did eat properly during day but night watching movies, it was just big bags of tortilla chips with salsa & queso. I didn't want to post my weight today (embarrassed) but it's the consequence of a week of junk food. Strangely though, I did walk more! LOL Also, have started a FS Wednesday Walking club (group and weekly post on main page). Already feel more motivated to walk (cardio) daily!

Life update: A stressful bank meeting did trigger me. I reverted to childish behaviour of not wanting to get up early, so a few late nights, eating junk while watching movies. Walking really helped my mind get back on track!

*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)

I love salsa too but the chips are deadly! So now, when I really really want salsa, I put it on top of a well-toasted piece of whole grain bread; “buttered” with guacamole! It’s not a snack then, it’s part of my meal. If it’s breakfast time, I will sometimes have an egg on top too. It’s good!

Ohhh that's a good suggestion! Yes, the salsa wasn't the concerning part at all (like it on eggs and crackers, too) - it was the 295g bag of chips!
