🙋‍♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! Are you a "closet eater"? Hide your junk food binges from others? Sneak food?

I've had a lifetime of disordered eating and have never been comfortable eating ANY food in front of others, due to shaming. I snuck food as a kid which I ate in my bedroom.👀 I preferred to eat when no one was in the house, like big bowls of popcorn. I know this was my child's reaction to dealing with anxiety (no medications given back then). The strange part is, I still feel that way! I walked in the cold rain TWICE this weekend to get a Teen burger & fries 🍔🍟; ate it alone and was sad. I feel guilty & shameful when eating junk food.😟 Have to shake it off and have to have easy clean choices available. I am annoyed to feel hunger - just wish I didn't have to eat! Well, I do, and I am getting stronger at being peace with food. ALL food. Ironically, junk food triggers my anxiety 🤔 Choosing healthy foods empowers me to live my best life.💪

I realized that my problem was always being afraid to be hungry and liked to be full. Since I started my weight loss journey last year, I don't need any junk food or chocolate etc... I just eat a lot of veggies for lunch and supper...if my belly is full I'm the happiest girl in the world 😊
