Thank you everyone, for the encouragement when the number goes up or down. I'm trying to skip breakfast and reduce calories by ~300 a day (thanks for the advice Bernard). Just jumped back in to "no cheat eating", and stopping before being full. We'll see if this seesaw can slow down. I know there are lots of folks who can do everything in moderation. I'm just not one of them. All in, or all out (of control). My goal is to regain my sense of healthy control and restore my confidence. Eat to live..... food is fuel.
