OK, then! Hit a new low today at 210.2 (on the Tanita)... it was 208.0 on the old doctor's sliding scale, so that qualifies as an all-time new low for me (hit 208 and change just before Thanksgiving). Will eat a nice indulgence day today and tomorrow without going too crazy.

Congrats Bill,your body fat pct is looking good, body water pct enviable....concentrate on lowering the visceral fat, I'm seeing it high, mine is 5, but my body fat is 33.5% and my water 45.5% even though i feel like a frog tonight with all the water intake!Not sure if the visceral fat is higher for men than women. Your metabolic age says it all, soon leaving the 20's i say!

Thanks. The Tanita book said that 1 to 12 was normal, so I'll take it! I will keep on doing my thing and hopefully that internal fat will hit the highway! Got any tips or tricks for that? Can't spot reduce of course, but...

Thanks. Only mentioned it because it was indeed a new overall low. So beginning now, the Tanita is the one. Of course, my (without going too crazy) pledge died a horrible death last night and today. Back to it this week...
