I feel like I am smaller - so I think I've lost inches, but I didn't measure myself, so here it is for Saturday Jan 22:

waist-39 1/2"
chest-44 1/2"
Hips-48 1/2"
upper arm-14"
upper thigh-26"

I wish there was a spot on Fat Secret for measurements, if there is I need to know where it is!
93.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
