Re-started with FS on Jan,17/21 after a years absence. I forgot to record my weight but it was 192.2 lbs. Weighed myself this AM, Jan30, and I weighed in at 184.6 lbs.Feels good to be back in the groove. 175 here I come.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
