Hello my FS friends & family. It has been 74 days since I last weighed in...my bad. I allowed problem people & situations to sidetrack me. I'm praying this was my rock bottom. Thank you for still being there.. love & respect.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Glad to have you back with us. Yes, we're still here. I had been off course for several (SEVERAL) months, but am now finally back on track, PTL. Hope you'll be able to get back, too!
