I know I will be gaining weight over the next two week "holiday". I still try to eat as I normally do, but things are getting a bit lax here and there, and then there's the cookies...but I am well aware that I must jump right back on the wagon the holidays are over. In my experience, the last pounds on are the fastest off.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
