I have been having trouble with finding NV for soups. For example, I made a Butternut Squash Quinoa Chicken soup, where the NV stated in the recipe is 215 cals per serving, but when I put the same recipe in https://www.verywellfit.com/recipe-nutrition-analyzer-4157076, reduce the chicken by 1/2lb, and add 2 cups more broth, the NV comes out as 692 cals! The same happened when I made Lentil Soup, there were over 900 calories per serving! That can't be right. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks!

Sometimes it's the differences in ingredients used, the recipe might use a lower calorie/carb valued item. Also, I've found that sometimes the values in the app aren't the values on the packaging. Double check if you think it's wrong.
