Please note the swing in my weight. I am at maintenance. For over a year, I have had a continuous daily fluctuation in my weight of (1)one to (3)three lbs. I have been trying to tweak that fluctuation down to (1/2) to (1). I appreciate what it gives me in terms of helping me stay focused on my numbers but I hope this challenge will be one more way of calming the fluctuation and continuing to place the focus on my WOE/WOL. I do not want to go back (give up). My self, before near recent and "here and now", was sometimes so terrorized. I really love who I am without the self destruction. I have a life. And... Yes, I get, I am obsessed. I am really grateful for this place. Thank you all for that💕

Let us know what the tweak consist of. You are doing this because you need some stability? I have been maintaining for over year... those bumps happen.. You sure are an inspiration Judyrose

My weight fluctuates all the time Judyrose, even when I'm eating basically the same thing every day. Some people find weighing in only once a week works better for them, but I feel a need to weigh every day. Congratulations on reaching your goal and good luck narrowing the fluctuations. 🌲

I weigh myself twice in a day just because I'm curious to see how it changes - it is not at all unusual for me to be up 4-5 lbs in the afternoon over my morning weight, and then weigh less still the next morning. =) Don't worry too much about it, as long as your trend overall is maintenance!
