Thank you, John 👣! I'm trying to hold it all together. 💙 Exercise is lame right now because of this dumb knee, BUT I can keep the calories under control. I was accustomed to eating a LOT more for fuel, so consuming less is an unwelcome though needed adjustment.

Always great to wake up to a lower weight on the scale. Stinks about your knee, but it looks like you've found the restraint to avoid sitting on a couch chowing on chips. Hopefully you'll be healed soon!

Thank you so much, Petra, Fiberoptic, and katsolo jenny! I was sitting on the couch nervously nibbling chips too much last week. That is why I needed this drop, Justbananas! 😁 br_e_co, without being here, I can assure you I would not be managing! Thank you!!!

Hmmmm...Perhaps do some upper body aerobics to YMCA song, as cannot reach chip bags or mouth while dancing on your butt. Or sit ups & crunches -- would hurt too much to eat while contracting stomach muscles. What about renting a manual wheelchair, where you can practice basketball, dancing, and wheelies? That sounds like a fun and challenging workout!

Thank you, Eva and newnameMM! I think I might be up a bit tomorrow, but it was still a pretty good calorie day. I am trying to get an appointment to have my knee checked out. Hopefully soon. I went on a swift walk yesterday and it is back to feeling really rotten today. So... Good thing I can eat less to maintain even if I don't like it! 😁
