Melissatwa - are you having trouble sleeping? If so, I agree with Chrisw77 that sleep is an essential component of weight loss. A move down is always to be celebrated!

I agree with Chris, for once, as he would say. That’s funny because I don’t ever remember disagreeing with him, perhaps he is the one disagreeing with me?! 🤪 Anyhow, you look fabulous in your pictures. I too wonder why you’re so fixated on a number? Or it seems you are. And nothing wrong with wanting to keep a range really. Just wish you were not always so down on yourself but could see yourself like we do, one gorgeous, fit and strong woman. AND not just physically!! 🥰👍🏻💪🏻❤️

Chris, thanks, dear! I am trying hard to make sure I'm getting sleep. Depending on the comings and goingings of my young adult gang, I'm sometimes can't seem to sleep until I know they are all safe, but I'm managing. I do wake up pretty early these days no matter what, but I don't think sleep is my worst problem. Stresssssss... And with the weather getting ugly I am not putting many miles on these feet and I just don't feel much like lifting. I'm lifting just as heavy... Well more than when the avatar picture was taken, but I'm just not working out as often. I feel so weary.. I need to cut the calories to match my reduced activity. That is just the facts. I'm not beating myself up. I'm just tired! 😁

Thank you, Carol. 💓 I'm sleeping OK. Mostly I've just got a lot happening on nearly every front that is causing a tremendous amount of heartache and strain. So, I am struggling a bit to maintain my goals. I'm hanging in there, and I will continue the good fight! 😁

Wifey, you are so kind and sweet. 💕 I guess it is habit to always fear failure in the weight department. For the first time in my life I have felt satisfied with were I am and the fitness level I achieved. I don't want to slip... It is hard to see the "slipping" coupled with the other worries in life. But, I realize it is life and we all face challenges. I'm trying to to fixate on a number, and that is a hit why I haven't been recording daily. I just need a little breathing space. And besides that, Chris says u can repair any damage I do! I can do it! 😁

I know life is tough for you right now as it is for many, including myself. I put all my stress and negative feelings into pumping weights, and cleaning. It does wonders. If I skipped workouts or didn’t record, that would give me more stress. LOL I’m sure you will be ok Melissa. And if there’s ever a struggle, I’m always just a message or email away...or a zoom call. You’re next on my list to chat whenever you’re up too it. 🥰🥰

I'm just happy I weigh less than you. That should be my real goal! "Stay thinner than Chris at all cost!" 😁 We absolutely will not talk about muscle mass or how tall you are. It is all about weight right now!🙄👌😂
