It is a slight gain, however since I couldn't remember last week's weigh in number, I am pretty sure this is a loss from then. Celebrating all over so back to it. Today is the first time in about a year that I am able to wear a fitted large shirt. I put on a X-large this morning and it was too big. So I will celebrate with that.
