Wanted to eat late last night, but exercised. instead. Woke up to all time low weight, 8f you don't count high school. So glad I didn't give in.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 51.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Inspiring! I’m feeling that way too. I usually have a big dinner, but I’ve been trying to eat more of my allotted calories earlier in the day. Tonight is hard.
