I was so frustrated a couple of weeks ago about the scale, then I decided to continue logging and exercise and it happened. Thank you for always supporting me as well . We have each other’s back. You can knock this out. You’ll see🙏🙏🙏🙏💪💪💪💪💪

thanks kattay, but i do think that is the problem ... weekend's here ... more beer :) We will see ... now that the gym is open, I am trying to outwork my diet and beers. see who wins.
