Time to reverse the trend. I've been shedding since the middle of December. In that ~4 months, I've dropped 15+lbs... now, that doesn't sound like much for that long of a timespan, but that's - virtually - 15lbs of pure fat!

I've put on a tiny bit of muscle in that period which added some to that weight, but with the workouts lagging, I'm losing a little of that.

Today, my workout bench arrives and I'll be changing things up a bit, but mostly with the diet: saying goodbye to deficits to eat at solid maintenance calories! Bio updated 👍🏻
