It has been tough, but the low carb is working perfectly! I don't know why I ever got off it. This is the way to get results plus have plenty to eat.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If I could add all the weight I have lost in my lifetime I bet I have lost 500 lbs or more. My trouble is, I lose it then manage to find it again. In the past when I lost weight I didn't have the grit to keep it off and always relapsed back into my old habits. In the past I didn't have Fat Secret to fall back on. In the past when I went bowling we drank a lot of beer and then went out to eat after bowling. Now I bowl in a "dry" county. This place doesn't even sell beer or liquor plus there is no restaurant. That doesn't mean we aren't having any fun, It is fun just getting out with friends for some healthy competition.
