It's a personal preference, how often to weigh. I found the little ups and downs annoying, so I went to weekly weigh-ins. Now in maintenance, I go by the fit of my clothes.

Whatever works best for you. I weigh every day, fluctuations annoyed me at first, not so much now!

Sometimes the scale can be a bully. We need to know from time to time how we are doing, but we don't need the scale to rule our lives. I go to Tops on Monday afternoon and I am amazed at the number of people that have a no loss, no gain week. I never weigh the same. Like Gz9 says, I have little ups and downs. I reached my goal in 2019, and have found that maintaining is harder than the actual losing.

I weigh every day too. It’s nice to know what the scale says but I don’t let it rule me :).

I do the same thing. I just have to remember to not get frustrated when I don't see a daily drop or have a slight temporary increase.

I think from now on . i am weighing everyday like I used to.. I decided for 2 months not to weigh myself everyday, I ended up gaining.. I will weigh everyday to remind myself to stay on track. That's what works best for me.. I am not compulsive about the scale, it's a reminder to take care of myself..
