Ended fast at 70 hours. It felt cleansing, brought my blood pressure down and I lost a few pounds. Now on to daily time restricted keto eating.
101.3 kg Lost so far: 25.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.7 kg a Week
