I very much enjoyed National Pizza Day yesterday! The gym had bagels yesterday morning to make it national bagel and pizza or as they put it National Carb Day!
I had forgotten how good Panera Bread's bagels are. S.O. and I split one. YUM YUM. I went over calories yesterday and have no regret. I'll take the pains and go on.
I'm getting my routine of going to the gym down. I feel so good after I finish and it makes such a difference in the way I think.
I hope everyone has a fantastic day.

lol not me, that sucker wouldn't last 5 minutes. wine was my down fall all those years ago. I'm allergic.

😂😂😂🍷🍷 Panera bagels are most delicious friend 🤗😋 I split them in half too. I like a little bagel with my cream cheese 😂😂😋 It does feel great after a workout 🤗💕💜💚

Our gym does the same thing! I asked why they don't promote healthier choices like bannanas or fruits but got a blank stare hahaha, I guess if you're eating this stuff you will need to keep coming back to work it off! It also sucks if that I have Celiac but it could be worse~ Thats why Keto works for me as my choices are easier and not as much of a struggle if I know I can eat that stuff.
