Have been taking a water pill, as my body is still out of control !!! Have another Dr. appointment Monday, hopefully can get a hold on my recent extreme weight gain !!!
107.0 kg Lost so far: 86.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
