If this happened to me I would jump off the scales and run away fast and record the weight quickly in case the scale was about to change its mind. Your body must have needed something.

I'll probably gain two more for tomorrow. Ha. I'm ok with it. Anytime I overeat, I do it mindfully which is probably an oxymoron for many but since I started in Feb and full on in March - I can't think of anytime that I just ate without considering whether I wanted to eat it. It wasn't just mindless shoveling in food. It was thought about and planned for...not days in advance planning but when I'm hungry, I promised myself I will eat and I do without regrets. Yay for me. I call that a win. ❤️👍🏼🤸‍♀️

I second vcabra, your muscles are burning calories. I'm also doing my best to "love" every extra calorie I put in my mouth. Made a stupid mistake the other day and won't again. You are very motivating. :0)
