Ate more today than I ate on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everything is accounted for. 204% of my RDI. Did legs for an hour. Interested in seeing if I'll hit 190 in the morning or if the 190's are gone forever. A guy at the gym wanted to talk about how strong my legs are and said I'm balancing it out because he can see my arm strength. Nice to hear- for sure- especially on a day when I have eaten everything in sight- by choice and with thought given to it. And it all tasted really good. Brings my daily calories to 2300 so Ill need to take it down a notch over the next few days. Always worth it for me. ❤💪🏼🍔🥨🥯🍪🍪🍦🍰🥪🍝🍿 <--- Some of what I ate. Ran out of emojis.

Every day is great! I ❤️ food... Probably will eat a little less tomorrow...unless I'm hungry. Some days I can really eat- And never feel too full. Thankfully it is only once or twice a month- or I'd have to double my workouts. 🤸‍♀️

Lol. Nice attitude, but I beat ya' Wed 25th: 5737 cals, 229% RDI, fat: 338.74g, protein: 128.20g, carbs: 559.22g, exercise: 2227. NET CALS +3510. Jez, was I eating plain sticks of butter to 338 g fat ;>

I like your attitude! I was thinking I may have overdone it today but thinking back I enjoyed everything I ate so I'm not going to regret it. Funny, I weighed myself after I ate dinner & was up 4 lbs. from this morning. By bedtime I was already down 2 of them. (I don't usually act that obsessively). I know with your working out you'll burn up all that you ate in no time. 😊

Yes fritzy. And yes peeper... It's ok that he has an overgrowth of nose hair. It's not what HE looks like, it's that he appreciated what I'm working for. Seriously though, God bless him... I need to have Diablo sneak a little trimmer in his locker. 👃🏼🙃💪🏼
