Met calorie goal.
Walked Binky 30 minutes/walked Binky 15 minutes.
Bike 25 minutes.
A horrible attempt at stretching....

Pain! No way I could use the resistance bands today. I had a very hard time doing lunges and finally just stopped. Didn't push it on the bike either. I was excited to get back to it, but think I may need to ease into this. Limping hard today. Last month I took a total of 2 Tylenol for my hip - THE WHOLE MONTH. Today I took 4 (I can't take anti-inflammatories, wish I could).

Sitting in the car all of those hours on the weekend trip really hurt me. Plus, walking Binky-pup at my brother's house was difficult. His property has several hills and just walking down his porch is several steps. Very few areas are flat, and I almost fell several times.

I don't like making excuses and I'm still doing stretches tomorrow morning....without resistance bands. Gotta loosen up this leg!

On the good side, lost the weight I gained! Hope it lasts.

I'm enjoying looking at the renewed energy so many FS members have after New Year's! It's refreshing.

Onward, friends!

Sorry about the pain. Sometimes resting is just the right thing. Congrats on losing the weight!!!

Oh binky. I'm sorry it was a rough day, but it sure sounds like you kept moving. Pushing a little is OK, but I get the feeling you push yourself too hard. Limber up the hip, but be careful. Driving on a long trip is a bear even without a bum hip. Nice going on the calories! 😁

Liv001, thank you. Sometimes resting helps, but I also find that the more stretching I do, the more my hip loosens up. Doing less load bearing stretches might be key. :0)

I hope all goes well, and no pain again. If it hurts. Stop, I know the saying, no pain no gain. But really, you don’t want to injure yourself. So trust yourself and what your body tells you xx

Hope you feel better soon, but take your time. Stretching sounds good and hopefully it's more flat terrain where you are for walking Binkypup. Nice drop!

A slow and steady approach may be best for your leg. Nice loss!

You’re doing great. I hope you feel better soon slow and easy. You do your best and tomorrow’s a new day. Listen to your body if I exercise her position or stretch is causing your pain don’t do it. Let your muscles heal themselves and take it easy. You’re on the right path you got this! 🌈😊🍀
