Back to 233.4 after a few days. Still have not lost the excess water from the holidays. But it's not all water. Body fat is up over the last month, too.
105.9 kg Lost so far: 41.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Erika! I'll get back there. Not surprised or disappointed. Had fun at the holidays and enjoyed 'a few times a year' foods.
