Nothing but a temp set-back. Reboot, and make sure you can count on you. I've seen you do wonderful things before, and I know you can do it again. Turn your disappointment into determination.

Stay positive. Could be the body holding water. Either way, Don’t let 3lbs stop you from meeting your goal.

If you didn’t eat an extra 10k calories then this is water at least in part. Even if you did eat that much over then not all would be fat; most but not all.

Be gentle with yourself and have patience. Process of a healthy lifestyle journey is a roller coaster at times. Keep motivated and stay focused definitely stay hydrated. You can do this !! you already taking the first steps.. good luck!! 🍀🍀👍👍
