Obesity specialist appointment today! Eeek! Being weighed after breakfast with clothes & boots on, so wanted to record today's weight :)
124.5 kg Lost so far: 36.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just to show the weight fluctuation, I weighed in at 280.87 at the clinic! (127.4 kg) which was shocking to see buttttt I know my scale & GP's scale are similar, so I will enjoy my lower number LOL

Everything went great with appointment - told to eat slightly higher calories to help overeating episodes and for holiday period, don't get obsessive with numbers (scale, macros), keep focus on nutrition & exercise. Their philosophy is balanced eating, nutrition, no extremes, just real food. Followup in 6 weeks but can go earlier if I feel the need.
