Welcome to Motivational Monday! Welcome to December! The holiday season is in full swing, people busy shopping and bustling and food is everywhere! I have been indulging in treats since my obesity specialist appointment: I really embraced the "eat more" part of the recommendation, tho pretty sure treats weren't part of that discussion! LOL
I did indulge because I had to shake off the idea of December as a daily "treats" kinda month. No more sweets in kitchen. I am not baking. I will find some delicious, healthy options and I will lose weight this month! I will enjoy all the flavours of the month and savour all the smells. December is my "training" month for 2020! I am prepping for a deeper commitment to my health :)

December strategy: don't overdo it!! I don't have to wait till January to know that strategy will be botched in a week. LOL best of luck over the holidays!
